Yeah I know this is being posted a bit before midnight but that is okay I think it is close enough.  When I read this days entry I knew right away who my favorite guest star is.  This is probably one of the easiest ones to decide.  My favorite guest star loves bow ties just like the eleventh Doctor and speaks in such a tone that either you fall asleep or you are entranced.  I guess it depends on the person listening.  I loved his dry humor in "Vincent and the Doctor"  he was so dull he made me laugh but when he talked about Vincent Van Gough the painter his voice made me really care.  My favorite guest star is Bill Nighy (Not the Science Guy)

The character is just perfect eh? It's like the punchline to every Doctor Who 'what if'. I mean, he actually does the interpretation of how the changes to the timeline doesn't matter, because in the end if you're culturally loved, you're probably always going to be culturally loved. There's a lot in that!

Did you know that he was on the short-list for the role of The Doctor back in 2005? That would have been win and YES! I agree, even if it was a very small role, the part he played in the recent series was brilliant X-D

No I didn't know that. I think he would have made a great Doctor but I not sure if the young generation would think the same. I think we are in the minority here my friend.

He really would and yeppers.... Unfortunately The Doctor has had to get younger and younger looking since the 1960's as the generations lost their respect for age. Now it's just something laughed at. Which is a real pity.

Saying that, I still adore Eleven LOL
