"A NIght in the big Apple"
Eleven/Amy

“Oh I don’t know Doctor I think you look very handsome in pink and red.  Some blokes can’t pull it off but you can beautifully.”

“As I have told you before Amy, I am not like most blokes.”

“You keep telling yourself that Doctor.” Amy replied as she pulled out a red tunic shaped dress, “So what do you think?” she asked the Doctor as she held out the dress.

“Yeah, Yeah it looks nice, now hurry and put it on so we can be done with this.” He replied shaking his hand in a dismissive gesture.


"The Tie Blanket"
Donna/Ten

We may never know why but once the pieces are together

Life events are given to the two people to face together

Soon parallel cuts emerge at the edge of the two pieces. 

But as the two people overcome each life event a knot is formed and those two people become intricatly intertwined.

Of the fic snippets you posted, are you more interested in completing one or the other?

I am a repeat offender in the "languishing WIP" department, myself - so I feel your pain. ;)

I really like to complete the "tie blanket one" but I am not sure where to go with it. I think it is a great concept to have Fate tell a story between Donna/Doctor but it is hard to write a story from fates POV as she looks down on them and there travels.
