Okay my lovely flist I will give you three guesses of what I am featuring today on this edition of TARDIS landed.....Yep you guessed it some more pics of the beauty I find while I am going on my walks. I am really enjoying my walks, I have been doing it for over a month and I have seen an improvement in my mental health. I have also seen a physical improvement, Walking three times a week for about an hour and half, and watching my snacks and food portions as well as my wine intake, I have lost 8 lbs. (Yipee) It hasn't been as hard as I thought it would be. When my kiddos were on spring break I wasn't able to walk as much and I definitly saw my stress level increase, so I guess walking is doing me good. Enough of my rambling onward to the pictures.

Since many of you liked my "foggy walk" pics I thought I would start off with a few more of them, I really can't wait to do another foggy walk soon (If Mother Nature cooperates)

It did make my walk pretty mysterious.

The Geese didn't seem to mind the fog

The fog even reflexed nicely on the still water.

The fog was a little lighter around the water but not much

This was a bit creepy to walk but not enough for me not to walk it.

Now I want to bring you on a journey with me into my escape from reality.  Sit back put on some nice music and enjoy.

Here is your entrance into the magical world that surrounds us.

As we travel down the path feel the purple flowers that shower our hair and caress our skin as they continue their decent to the water and ground below.

Never forget that the beauty of this magical world is all around us.  The colors will swirl around us as we travel.

The white Trillium that align our path welcomes us into the arms of nature as all our cares dissapear from us for a short while.

The Trillium will continue to purify our souls as we continue to walk until nothing but peace remains.

Don't worry that our stresses will dim the whiteness of the Trilium the sun will purify them and make them white again.

Our path may become more narrow but don't worry the trees and the wind will keep us on track and safe.

Be sure on our journey to see the beauty that surrounds us and take a moment to breath and let it enter our souls.

Our exit draws near, but don't worry when we leave the beauty of this magical world will remain with us.

As the exit becomes shrouded in darkness remember that any time we need to escape it will be there waiting for us.  All we have to do is enter and the magic will converge upon us again.

Our Journey has ended and I hope that our path together has helped you as it helps me every time I walk.  I hope that the beauty I have shared with you remains with you throughout your week.

HUGS

Wow, what a lovely feeling that left me with. I don't think I've clicked on your Tardis landing posts before. I'll have to make it a habit.

what a lovely picspam again!!! I love the foggy pictures particularly it's true! thanks very much for sharing. Your picspams help to reinvigorate my commitment to walking. It's been very polleny this month which makes me sneezy and exhausted, but it's clearing up now -- I missed six days out of the first 17 but still have been able to walk 20 miles so far in April. In case you are interested I found a website where you can draw a map of your walk and it will tell you how far you went.

It's kind of fun zooming in on your area and drawing the map. :)

I haven't lost any weight at all (weight is incredibly stubborn on me) but congratulations! It does make a big difference in mood and in general feelings of strength and healthiness. I'm so glad that you are seeing the benefits and that in a sense we are walking together! :D

I went to that web page and found my paths But I haven't had a chance to send you them yet. My foggy pics seem to get alot of attention I think it is because there is such mystery to them. Keep up the walking my friend and I will do the same. We will become healthier together
