Ahh my life is so busy that of course I am posting this late again.  I am sorry I have not been able to get to your comments more quickly but well, any of you who have kiddos know how crazy the spring season can be, with recitals, sports, and also starting up a new semester in college.  I have been continuing my walks (I really am going to need them now) and have some more lovely pictures to share with you.  I decided to try something different this time, you will have to click the link below to find out what I have done.  I hope that when you are finished your hearts will be calmed and your souls be at peace.  HUGS to each of you and don't be shy tell me what you think

Okay my lovely flist I will give you three guesses of what I am featuring today on this edition of TARDIS landed.....Yep you guessed it some more pics of the beauty I find while I am going on my walks. I am really enjoying my walks, I have been doing it for over a month and I have seen an improvement in my mental health. I have also seen a physical improvement, Walking three times a week for about an hour and half, and watching my snacks and food portions as well as my wine intake, I have lost 8 lbs. (Yipee) It hasn't been as hard as I thought it would be. When my kiddos were on spring break I wasn't able to walk as much and I definitly saw my stress level increase, so I guess walking is doing me good. Enough of my rambling onward to the pictures.
